Big G’s House Seasoning – All-Purpose Finishing Blend

is our “grab-it-everyday” blend… built to make anything taste finished with one shake. It’s sweet, savory, and bold without going full BBQ-sugar or tasting artificial. Warm paprika and gentle aromatics bring the comfort, mustard and herbs add depth, and a clean citrus lift keeps it bright instead of heavy. It’s designed to play nice with everything. Use on beef, chicken, pork, and vegetables. Put it to work whether you’re grilling, roasting, pan-searing, air-frying, or just finishing a plate at the table. Big flavour, balanced heat, and a clean, craveable aftertaste.

Best on: steak, chicken thighs, pork chops, roasted potatoes, veggies, eggs, rice bowls, fries, grilled corn, salmon, popcorn. Works on pretty much anything!

How to use: use as a finishing shake right before serving, or season 15–30 minutes before cooking for deeper flavour. For bigger cuts, season and rest overnight. Add a light final dusting after slicing if you want extra pop.

The Story of Big G…

Big G is Glenn Wolff, a Montreal kid who fell in love with smoked meat early and never really looked back. What started as curiosity grew into a lifelong passion, shaped over decades of hands-on cooking, learning from seasoned cooks, and refining techniques one batch at a time. Through that process, Glenn developed small-batch blends focused on one thing above all else: flavour you can count on, every time.

Today, Big G carries forward that old-world craft in a way that fits modern kitchens. The blends are measured, reliable, and boldly seasoned, built to perform whether you are curing brisket for traditional smoked meat or simply seasoning dinner on a weeknight.
